GENERAL INFORMATION

Please Read The Following Carefully

SMOKING: For the traveling comfort of all passengers, a “NO-SMOKING” policy is in effect on all buses at all times.

CARRY ON COOLERS: The only size coolers that are allowed on a TRAVEL KUZ motor coach will be a six pack cooler or smaller. All coolers larger than a six pack size will gladly be stored underneath in the luggage compartments.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: On multi-day and single-day tours, seats will be assigned according to when full payment is made. We cannot guarantee special requests. On one-day casino trips, seating will be on a first come, first serve basis. All children must occupy their own seat while aboard the coach and will be expected to pay full fare. Children must sit with the parent or adult accompanying him/her on the trip.

GRATUITIES: Motorcoach drivers and tour escort gratuities are NOT included in the price of any multi-day or single-day tour. Even though tipping is a personal preference and based on the level of service you receive, we recommend $2.00 per person per day for the escort and $2.00 per person per day for the driver.

CANADA: U.S. Citizens going out of the country must carry a document such as birth certificate or passport as proof of citizenship to show custom officers. Naturalized U.S. Citizens must carry their naturalization papers with them. Non-Citizens should consult with their consultant as to documents necessary for their needs.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates are available for all tours and can be purchased in any dollar denomination . They make “Great” gifts.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, personal check and/or money orders are accepted. TRAVEL KUZ also accepts Visa and Master card..

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients canceling a multi-day tour less than 30 DAYS before the scheduled departure for ANY reason will be charged an administrative fee and any cancellation charges that may be assessed by carriers, hotel, or other contractors. No refunds will be made for unused sightseeing, meals or other tour features involving non-recoverable expenses or persons who discontinue a trip prior to completion of tour. Clients canceling a one-day tour will be refunded only if the tour is “Sold Out” and their tickets can be resold.

BOOKING POLICY: One-day Tour reservations require full payment five (5) days after the tour has been reserved. TRAVEL KUZ will only guarantee a seat when full payment is received. Telephone reservations will be held for five (5) business days. Multi-day tours will require a $50.00 per person deposit within five (5) business days of the reservation date to secure a seat. Full balance is due 45 days before the tour departs.

DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY: These tours are operated under the management of F. M. Kuzmeskus, Inc.—TRAVEL KUZ. We act as agents for the passengers and therefore accept no responsibility for any extra overnights caused by any delays caused by an Act of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, or any other conditions beyond its control. We reserve the right to change our itinerary and substitute arrangements of equal value, if in our opinion circumstances warrant a change. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all tours and refund payment made if bookings are inadequate.

DIRECTIONS TO TRAVEL KUZ: From Route 91, take Exit 27 (Route 2 East). At 2nd set of lights make a left onto Main Road, Gill. Tour office is at the top of the hill on the right. From the East: Follow Route 2 West to the 1st set of lights. At the lights make a right up Main Road, Gill. Tour office and Gill pick-up point is on the right.

Travel Insurance Recommended!
Travel insurance can be purchased for all tours. The cost of the insurance is based on your age. All insurance needs to be purchased 20+ days prior to the departure date. Ask our staff for details. (The insurance is not available for non-refundable events. Broadway shows, concerts and other ticketed events are non-refundable.)
