SMOKING: For the traveling comfort of all passengers, a “NO-SMOKING” policy is in effect on all motorcoaches at all times.
CARRY ON COOLERS: The only size coolers that are allowed on a TRAVEL KUZ motor coach will be a six pack cooler or smaller. All coolers larger than a six pack size will gladly be stored underneath in the luggage compartments.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: On multi-day and single-day tours, seats will be assigned according to when full payment is made. We cannot guarantee special requests. On one day casino trips, seating will be assigned if bus is full. All children must occupy their own seat while aboard the coach and will be expected to pay full fare. Children must sit with the parent or adult accompanying him/her on the trip.
GRATUITIES: Motorcoach driver and tour escort gratuities are NOT included in the price of any single-day, casino excursion and multi-day. Even though tipping is a personal preference and based on the level of service you receive, we recommend $2.00 per person/per day for the escort and $2.00 per person/per day for the driver.
CANADA: As of June 6, 2009, all U.S. Citizens going out of the country are required to travel with a valid U.S. Passport. Non-Citizens should consult with their consulate or embassy as to documents necessary for their travel.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates are available for all tours and can be purchased in any dollar denomination . They make “Great” gifts.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, personal check and/or money order, Visa, Master Card & Discover accepted. $25 Fee for returned checks.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients canceling a multi-day tour less than 60 days before the scheduled departure for ANY reason will not be refunded their deposit, and will be charged an administrative fee and any cancellation charges that may be assessed by carriers, hotel, or other contractors. No refunds will be made for unused sightseeing, meals or other tour features involving non-recoverable expenses or persons who discontinue a trip prior to completion of tour. Clients canceling a one-day tour will be refunded only if the tour is “Sold Out” and their tickets can be resold. Travel insurance is available for one-day and multi-day tours.
BOOKING POLICY: One-day tour reservations require full payment five (5) days after the tour has been reserved. Multi-day tours will require a $100/$150 per person deposit within five (5) days of the reservation date to secure a seat. Full balance is due 45/90 days before the tour departs. Your tour consulant will have the exact due date depending on the tour. Telephone reservations will be held for five (5) days. TRAVEL KUZ will only guarantee a seat when full payment is received.
DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY: These tours are operated under the management of F. M. Kuzmeskus, Inc. — TRAVEL KUZ. We act as agents for the passengers and therefore accept no responsibility for any extra overnights caused by any delays caused by an Act of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, or any other conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to change our itinerary and substitute arrangements of equal value, if in our opinion circumstances warrant. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all tours and refund payment made if bookings are inadequate.
While on a tour, the escort will verbally announce all departure/arrival times at each location. Help cards with the escorts cell phone number will be handed to each customer en route to the destination. Passengers will be responsible to find their own way back to the motorcoach after each stop. Any passenger that is more than 10 minutes late returning to the coach may be at risk of being left behind. Return transportation for customers left behind will be their responsibility and at their own expense.
PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Travel Kuz uses Authorize.net to process your payments. WE DO NOT STORE your credit card information in our database.
